Essex Heritage Properties were appointed as the main contactor on this project due to our flexible approach. We undertook the planning process, appointment of a structural engineer and construction of the main structure to enable a full NHBC warranty to be provided for the finished property.  Meanwhile, the client undertook the internal elements of the project.
