Having employed Essex Heritage Properties to work on previous extensions and refurbishment works, our clients’ dream has always been to carry out their own Self Build project.

Approached in 2015 we have provided guidance and advice through the various planning stages on this rural site, for the construction of a 5 bed / 4,000sqft luxury country home.  During construction we have been employed to assist in the Project Management of the more specialist and high risk elements of the build; For example, demolition, concrete floor installation, roof design and installation of the feature oak staircases.  Construction completed Summer 2020.
