This project was phased at the clients request.

Phase 1 –  Single storey side extension to provide breakfast and utility rooms, combined with ground floor alterations and modernisation.

Phase 2 – Two storey side extension to provide new main entrance with feature staircase, additional lounge, master bedroom, attic accommodation and two en-suites.

The works also included internal ground and first floor remodelling and modernisation.
