This is the fifth project we have completed for this family investment company, involving the complete renovation of a rental property at the end of a lengthy lone tenancy agreement.

Works included internal modifications to create an open plan living arrangement, new central heating, electrics and the replacement of bathrooms and kitchen, plus a full re decoration package.

Commencing on Site March 2020 at the height of the COVID crisis, this contract was ready for

new tenants to move into within 16 weeks.
