The architect design of this property overcame the challenges of a steeply sloping site by setting the building and formal garden area into the slope. Prior to construction the initial phase of the work involved the heavy landscaping,including the removal of 2750 tons of the soil.

The property itself was designed to provide five bedrooms, four bathrooms and dressing room to the first floor and a sociable ground floor arrangement.
